Creation & Implementation

We work with employers that sponsor qualified and nonqualified retirement plans for their employees. We act as an advisor to help mitigate the fiduciary duties of plan trustees. We assist in the creation and implementation of investment policy statements, plan design, investment option selection, fiduciary education for trustees, plan education strategy training, and education for plan participants. We also assist with the design and implementation of cash-balance and deferred compensation plans.
