Professional Background
Andrew Harvey, a second-generation advisor, serves as the Chief Operating Officer and a Financial Advisor at Opus 111 Group. Leading the Retirement Plan Consulting division, Andrew collaborates with companies to sponsor retirement plans for their employees. He founded Opus’ SYFI Program for young professionals and is passionate about helping people approach their financial future with intention and confidence. Andrew holds the Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA™) designation from the National Association of Plan Advisors (NAPA).
Educational Background
Andrew graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Carleton College with a double major in Ancient & Medieval History and Theater Arts. His diverse academic background enriches his approach to financial advising, blending analytical skills with a deep understanding of human narratives.
Personal and Civic Background
Outside of Opus, Andrew spent over a decade as a sports broadcaster, calling soccer games at every level of the American soccer pyramid, including Major League Soccer for Seattle Sounders FC. He also served as the primary play-by-play voice for USL League 2 side Ballard FC, the MASL’s Tacoma Stars, and the Seattle University Redhawks. In 2024, Andrew joined the Board of Trustees for the Seattle Children’s Theatre, where he continues to foster his passion for theater and the performing arts. In his spare time, Andrew plays hurling and Gaelic football for USGAA side Tacoma Rangers. He lives in Kent, Washington, with his wife Lauren, and their two cats, Bella and Leeloo.
